Normal leveranstid är cirka 1-3 dagar. Under högsäsong kan det ta längre tid. Produkter som först ska produceras, med personliga tillval såsom namn och brodyr, eller monteras, kan också ta något längre tid. Har du tävling eller födelsedag på gång så skriv gärna det i meddelandefältet.
Vi skickar beställningar med Postnord. Vi tar inte ekonomiskt ansvar för eventuella förseningar beroende på fraktföretaget. Vi ersätter heller inte varor som inte levererats när du har valt fraktsätt som inte är spårbart och försäkrat. Om ett förväntat paket inte kommer fram, meddela oss via mejl så att vi kan reklamera försändelsen till Postnord. Om ett paket som skickats spårbart och försäkrat försvinner, ska detta reklameras hos postnord och ekonomisk ersättning ska begäras därifrån.
Obs!! Fraktkostnden kan komma att justeras beroende på faktisk vikt på beställningen.
Upptäcker du skador på paketet skall du omedelbart anmäla detta till postkontoret eller annan transportör och göra en skadeanmälan. Hämta inte ut ett skadat paket! Upptäcker du inte skadan förrän du öppnat paketet, och skadan är av den art att den kan hänföras till postens eller transportföretagets hantering, skall du kontakta dem och göra en skadeanmälan. Om eventuell tvist med posten eller transportföretaget inte kan lösas, tar du kontakt med oss. Har du beställt och inte hämtar ut din försändelse innan det går i retur till oss (paket ca 1 mån., brev 14 dgr), så fakturerar vi dig 350 kr för vårt arbete med hantering av varorna.
Fraktkostnaden för en beställning debiteras efter den faktiska vikten - detta sker automatiskt i webbutiken och kostnaden för frakten redovisas i kassan. Prissättning sker efter postens portotabell för brev och paket.
Leverans kan ske till Halmstad Arena, och man kan alltid också komma överens om att hämta produkten i butiken, Mellbystrand, eller Malmö, vid ordinarie öppettider eller på avtalad tid.
Alla köp i Sverige görs i SEK (svenska kronor), för kunder som handlar från Danmark, via Paypal, finns möjligheten att betala enligt dagens kurs som erbjuds via Paypal, i DKK istället.

Det är alltid garanti på de produkter du köper (1 år). Om man kan påvisa att det är fabrikationsfel på produkten får man alltid nya delar, däremot gäller inte garantin vid förslitningsskador. Du betalar själv returfrakten. För återbetalning - ange ditt postgiro-, bankgiro-, personkonto- eller bankkontonummer.

För våra svenska kunder: Efter identifiering och riskbedömning visar Qliro de betalningsalternativ som kan erbjudas dig. Vilket betalningsalternativ du än väljer så är Klarna eller någon av Klarnas samarbetspartners den som hanterar betalningstransaktionen medan själva köpet av varan eller tjänsten görs direkt av butiken. Produkt- eller tjänstespecifika frågor ska därför riktas direkt till butiken.
Aktuella betalningsalternativ som för närvarande kan komma att erbjudas genom Qliro är faktura, kontokredit, kortbetalning, swish eller direktbetalning via bank.
